The author has always known that she was supposed to write. She grew up reading books especially during summer breaks to alleviate boredom. She started writing when she was in high school. She has joined writing competitions and became the editor of their school newspaper. After graduating from high school, she decided to take up a course that is far away from writing because she didn’t want writing to be her “job”. For her, a job is something that you will eventually get tired of and she didn’t want to feel that about writing. But she still attempted to write her debut novel on the side, delegating writing on the side as a hobby. None of the novels are finished – yet.

After getting much life experience as needed, she has much confidence now that this is what she is supposed to be doing. This is her life’s work. And work is different from a job.

The author resides in the Philippines.
